Privacy Policy

Lift for iPhone · Effective 26 September 2026

Lift doesn't collect, store or share any of your personal data. Your workouts stay on your iPhone.

What Lift stores

Lift saves your workouts, logged sets and settings in the app's private storage on your iPhone. The data never leaves your device through Lift. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs.

Backups

If iCloud Backup or computer backups are turned on for your iPhone, Apple includes Lift's data in those backups, the same as for other apps. Apple's privacy policy covers those backups, and you control them in your iPhone's settings.

Notifications

Lift can send a notification when your rest timer ends. The notification is scheduled on your iPhone and never goes through a server. You can turn notifications off at any time in Settings → Notifications → Lift.

Deleting your data

To delete all of your Lift data, delete the app from your iPhone. Because Lift never receives your data, the developer has nothing to delete.

Children

Lift collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Lift changes how data is handled, for example by adding iCloud sync, this page will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
